• Bot hosting solutions
• Digital products and configurations
• Other custom technology-related services

Services are provided according to the requirements agreed between the client and ItzzDeadWarrior before purchase.

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased services without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Order Process

All orders must be placed through official communication channels, primarily Discord.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

• The service requirements are clearly discussed
• The price and timeline are agreed upon
• The payment has been received and verified

Starting work or delivery before payment is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed.

3. Payments

Payments must be completed before service delivery begins unless another agreement has been made.

Available payment methods may include cryptocurrency payments such as Litecoin (LTC).

By making payment, you confirm that:

• You understand the service being purchased
• You agree with the pricing and conditions
• You accept the related policies, including the Refund Policy

4. Service Delivery

Delivery time depends on the type and complexity of the service.

• Digital items may be delivered shortly after payment verification
• Custom projects follow the estimated timeline discussed during ordering
• Large projects may require additional time due to complexity

Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or lack of cooperation from the client are not the responsibility of ItzzDeadWarrior.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund requests are handled according to the official Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Usage

Services provided by ItzzDeadWarrior must not be used for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, or malicious actions
• Harassment or targeted abuse
• Malware, harmful software, or attacks
• Activities that violate Discord Terms of Service
• Spam or harmful community practices

Misuse of services may result in termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Custom-developed work becomes available to the client after full payment has been completed.

Unless otherwise agreed, ItzzDeadWarrior reserves the right to display completed projects, screenshots, or examples for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Source code ownership, licensing rights, and redistribution permissions must be discussed separately when required.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, and necessary resources needed to complete services.

Any issue caused by incorrect information, unauthorized changes, or client actions is not the responsibility of ItzzDeadWarrior.

9. Liability Limitations

ItzzDeadWarrior is not responsible for indirect damages, lost data, account actions, platform changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service involved.

10. Service Availability

Certain services may depend on external platforms such as Discord, hosting providers, APIs, or other third-party systems.

Temporary downtime, restrictions, or changes caused by these platforms are outside the control of ItzzDeadWarrior.
